We are pleased to offer three service program levels to our existing website clients that take the mystery out of how any issues related to your website will be addressed.
Please note: if your website is down, 360GT will always respond quickly to these situations and take whatever steps are needed to bring it back online.
However, most service issues occur while the site is still live, and impact only one aspect of functionality. Whether it’s fixing a problem, creating new functionality, building a page, or updating an app, these are revisions that often can’t wait – and when there is a need we understand the only question you’ll have is “When will this be finished?”
With the following service programs, you’ll always know the answer – guaranteed.
Note: a 90-day commitment is required for all programs.
Executive Level
This is our top-tier program that includes hosting and extended support for all non-emergency website repairs and changes. You will receive contact information (phone number and email) for a 360GT concierge that will be on call to address your requests, as well as a 4-hour guaranteed turnaround for support. You will also be able to pre-purchase service hours at the lowest rate available. Service will be available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST on weekends and holidays.
- Cost: $2,500 per month
Hours can also be used for design, programming, adding new functionality, and content management (CMS changes are reduced by 20% from your hourly rate) and updates.
Platinum Level
This program assures you of a one-business-day turnaround for changes, updates, non-emergency issues, and live-person support during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST). You will also be able to pre-purchase service hours at a reduced rate.
- Cost: $500 per month
Hours can also be used for design, programming, adding new functionality, and content management (CMS changes are reduced by 20% from your hourly rate) and updates.
All monthly, unused program hours carry over for 90 days.
Gold Level
This program assures you of a two-business day turnaround for changes, updates, non-emergency issues, and live-person support during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST). You must pre-purchase service hours to receive our reduced rate over our ad hoc service and support (minimum prepaid commitment is required). Gold status reduces your rate for hours purchased by 10%.
Note: All programs include locked-in pricing, so your rates will never increase as long as you remain enrolled, providing you inflation-proof protection. To remain enrolled in the Gold program, you must replenish your bank of hours before they reach $0. Cancel at any time with 30-day advance notice.

Support As Needed
We will provide our standard four-business-day turnaround for changes, updates, and non-emergency issues.
Quoted turnaround for support, depending on scheduling (usually four to five business days).
